Two-year warranty

Vision Select will replace or repair your Vision Select glasses free of charge if, within two years of purchase, your frames have any production or material defects. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or scratched lenses.

If within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfi ed with the quality of vision, clarity or fit, we will either make such changes that are necessary to ensure that you are entirely satisfised or fully refund your purchase price.

Script change guarantee

We offer a 45 day Script Change Guarantee. If, within 45 days of purchase of your new eyewear, you obtain a new optometrist prescription that is different to that used at the time of purchase, we will replace your lens free of charge with a lens of equal value. If the new lenses are of a different type or value, then an additional cost may apply. You must return the glasses with your new script to your pharmacy within 45 days of purchase. Your pharmacy will be happy to advise you on this matter.

Things you should know: At Vision Select we aim to do our best to provide our customers with an excellent service and quality eyewear at competitive prices. It's important to remember we are Pharmacists, not Optometrists or Dispensing Opticians. We cannot do eye examinations, or offer expert, specialist advise on prescription eyewear. Some customers have specialised eyewear needs and may fall outside of our ability to assist them. In this case we recommend that you see your eye specialist. Our service is not intended to replace regular eye examinations with your optometrist. We recommend you have your eyes examined at least every two years (in the case of children, every 12 months), or as advised by your eye specialist.
